ok there are some vws that are nice but 90% of them are slow or ugly the 8 valves can not out run my auto wagon the 16 valves blow up they all look and sound the same this is not so much towards the new ones but anyone running an mk2. yeah i driva an escort and yeah its a wagon but it gets 39.7mpg i have driven it for 19 months and had only two problems i blew up a strut and i broke three bolts in the block both of which i fixed in under 2 hours. so what so special about a jokeswagon oh sry volkswagon

foord ur car is stock cept cut springs i hit u cuz u cant drive i launched a 3000 pound auto fasteer then u could launch a 25-2800 pound 5 speed that says sumthin optimus i wasnt dissing ur vw ive liked all the ones uve had they are original not like the dubbers in high school who all have the same exaust and cut springs it gets lame fooord if u hadnt asked 500 you would have got paid but i work on cars all the time and therer is no way it cost u 500 for a 10 dollar clip and if it did than u got jipped i paid less then 20$ for my rims and a quart of vodka for my car since then i have changed every piece inside and all but the rear bumper i kno how to work on cars and not spend 15000 on a neon or sunfire but yet still have it look half decent

I dont no how much damage there was or whatever but my dads a body man and say you have a dent in the bumper you have to paint almost the whole bumper or it wont look right, same as chips of paint. I dont no about it costing 500 because i dont no ho bad it was but it would be more then 20$ lol

K first of you started the bashing i just returned the favor.
And if i do recall people like my car. Via them posts GOOD things about it other then your fagget ass but they don't count anyway.
I went to ryhno's they happy told me what it was gunna cost and what was wrong.
You broke a clip, put two dents, spider cracked the paint and bend my rebar.
You can't just buy a clip you have to buy the entire bumper.
SO maybe you don't no all of what you think about cars.

and for the record, Im on APS 70/80 spring, runnin ARE' rims Theres a aftermarket cam. and a 2 1/2 custom stainless steel exhaust for manifold back.

The paint is hitting it soon as the sun is shining.
along with a grill spoiler
crystal clear bumper lights
Perhapes a vr lip.
god knows what else.

Now, not everyone likes/dislikes the same things about certain cars or have different tastes. But that doesn't give anybody the right to flame/hate on someone else's ride. I don't mod my cars for everyone else's opinion or taste.....i do this shit for myself. If you have a hate-on for what someone does to their car....keep it to yourself. This shit i read is immature, however entertaining, but I see it too many times from ppl who don't know shit. Another thing is, the "car hobby" is an expensive trip and yes you guys are in school and barely work so your mods are limited. But until you get the respect you deserve for the work you've done on your car and ppl like it .....CHEERS!!

that's the thing. Not everyone likes a VW. But VW's were made for everyone. The name implies it....Volkswagen, loosely translated from German/Dutch means "car for the people". Dubs are in a class of their own. Some are more raggety then others but it's still a dub. There's a few dubs out there that i don't like either, but i'm not bashing it. Probably never will.
