im going to have to go ahead and assume no? but thats just my assumption, mine is clear as hell, and the sq is unbelievable, especially since i put that 4 channel alpine mrp f-450 amp in, its amazing, drew a tiny bit of power away fropm my sub, but its still loud as shit

| wel i kinda through that last post down the drain cause ive sold or got rid of the most priceless gear i had before such as my audio control eq 5.1 channel 32 band 1/3 octave($650cdn) a set of canton pullman 6 1/8 component set with 1 1/4 tweets (horns actually) and a 1000 watt 4 channel amp by hifonics 7 series zeus. but once i get the new car i might build me a new system for sq and show with fiberglass door pods and an enclosure but i dont know yet | |

| caps are useless for sq caps are for when your running alot of power such as more then one sub and amp im running one sub and probably will end up running a jl 8w7 at the end with one amp(5.1 or 6.1)plus loudness isnt the key to sq clarity is sq=sound and install quality | |

toucheeeee. I really have no complaints about the SQ in the car though. I did suggest that he get the Equalizer though..

| the equalizer is probably the heart of the complete system though and when looking at getting one dont get the din units get the trunk mounted ones they are much better such as pheonix gold or audio control or soundstream. then from there you want a linedriver from the deck to the eq and on top of that crossovers and or processors somtimes they are built in but not all the time | |
