engine code

anyone know where the engine code on a mustang is? i want to find it so i know what motor i have before i buy parts for it. i googled it but my computer keeps messing up. any help would be great

motor aint out of a mustang i told u that before lol ian got it out of a truck i do belive i'll ask him somethime

its a stock 302 i think he said it was out of an older mustang and he threw on that intake cover
