Whats the highest you hit not a compition just curious and on current cars please

Mines 180 and thats the needle tip of the spedometre also on a slight decline on the 103

230km/h in my reflex silver GTI a few years ago

252km/h in my black GTI (registered for 300km/h) on the 103 late at night coming back from Halifax. No limitations with chip tuning Twisted Evil

175 in the tempo but some ppl on the tempo topaz siet have reached 210 but thats with the v6 5sp.

People laugh when I say this but I had the Corolla up to 175kmh lol but my new car I've only had it up to 175/180kmh because to tell you the truth I'm scared of the cops. One night I was driving my mom's car on the highway, because the tranny blew up in my old Corolla, and I decided to see how fast it went. Well I came off the Port Maitland exit and a car was coming so I wanted to get in front of it and I did and continued to reach my top speed. This car was right on my ass till' I hit 170kmh and then the red and blue lights came on. Well talked to him for a bit and it just so happened that he let me off with a warning and then I decided to never speed again. Smile

I had my VW Jetta 1.8t going 210-220 when i met up with someone on the highway little while ago Laughing

Yamaha R6 i had going 295 km/h shit comes up on you real fast that way ! trust me...

had the accent doin 175km/h then hit some turns so i had to slow down, havent really been on the highways with it to try her out, but it seems a little pathetic next to pucky or rj, or rene's bike..thats insane Neutral

The 'sat was good until around 215.... the rado.... about 190... the diesel.. hehe well let's just say the diesel once upon a time saw 175..... but now she loses steam around 130 cheers

as for the new GLI.... she's seen 225.... but that was as i was shifting from 4th to 5th....... with one gear left Wink

Not really sure how fast she'll realllly go, hard to find a stretch of highway long enough!

Oh and the Speed Triple... well that thing gets scary around 240 with 2 gears left..... No wind protection FTL
