| thanks for the compliments guys....for a while, I actually thought about giving up on photography (i feel as though I've lost some inspiration). Now I'll just improve my gear and get a new camera and lenses.....
btw...I would love to get some shots of other people's cars. It's just been shitty weather and cold lately.

Canon Powershot?? Is that the one with 10mp and something like 20x optical zoom? Looks to be a decent camera....but at that price why not get an EOS 40D? Although, the s10is has a built in lens like my setup with a 28mm wide angle (i had to buy my wide angle seperately)....I guess with the EOS 40D you'd have to buy lenses as well ...I'm not sure what I want to upgrade to yet....still up in the air about that. Right now I'm using a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 seen here--> http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonicfz50 with a DMW-LW55 wide angle lens and a Manfrotto tripod. Software fundamentals were enhanced with PhotoShop CS3 and the HDR's were tonemapped with Photomatix Pro. I'm not sure if I can teach anybody photo tricks...lol, the vision comes from yourself and how you want to portray your shot. CS3 enhances the colours, sharpness, size, blending patterns, dodging and burning, blur effects...etc......It's a total creation thing. In example, 2 people have a block of clay and are told to create a sculpture. Guaranteed both sculptures will be different and reflect the creator. Each having it's own perspectives and style. But both being sculptures none the less. The same could be said about photography. Anybody can take pictures. My advice is to get out there and shoot away with a camera. Try different things and angles. Mess around with the settings of the camera in hand. The final result is an artistic form of expression.

Ive usually done the photography for there show vehicles like the h3 Humvee from ///Alpine and the mtx show car cam specs for those who want to find out more - Canon website wrote:

The PowerShot SX10 IS is equipped with a 20x Optical Zoom lens with a focal length of 5.0-100mm (35mm film equivalent: 28-560mm) that allows you to shoot any scene from wide-angle to telephoto. | A 12 year old could have taken those photos with a point and shoot. Puck is a fucking artist, there's absolutely no comparison.
