| well the whole stystem is rusty except the fart cans on the end lol, so just wanted to know a estimate on what it would cost to replace the rest of the pipe. Just curious more then anything for when i bring it to a mechanic. my sunfire needs a gas tank, exaust work and a transmission swapped, already got the tranny. | |

Regular pipe replacement I dont do at the moment I can get a cat back system if you want one. Harveys can do what you are looking for and I think there prices are descent. Gas Tank will be expensive I would try a junk yard like coveys see if you can get one second hand. Remove and replace will probably charge you a couple hours labour. Trans work not sure what one of those would charge labour wise just off the top of my head I would say at least 4 hours. | |

| Save yourself the $100 and go for the no-name one. I guarantee you there's absolutely no difference. All intakes do on non-turbo cars is make noise anyway. | |

| Only thing I find with the cheaper intakes is that the filters usually arent as good as the expensive ones. | |

| A K&N is only like $60-70 though, and you could sell the crappy filter to some 16 year old so you still come out ahead, probably with a better filter than what comes on the $250 intake. | |
