Wow... Complete fail. Positive comments always come with their fair share of criticism. There were more good comments then bad when you first declared us a "tough crowd". Did you expect every single forum member cream their pants over it or something?

Most people prefer lowered cars to lifted ones and within the VW scene locally we usually go for a cleaner look. De-badged, shaved, etc. Your car is absolutely none of the above but I like it because it looks like a quality build and it obviously is exactly what you wanted. That's great IMO.

However there's a HUGE difference between appraised value and what someone would actually pay for it. You would never, ever sell your car for "over $20,000".

Now stop being a weenie and post those pics back up. If you can't handle criticism then the internet isn't the place for you.
