Notevery 1 of 9 cups sold to the same person wins. You may be getting into the rotation on a fresh 9 everytime, which would lesson you're chances of winning. | |

Nope. Not how it works. It just means that there are enough prizes that the ODDS of winning are 1 in 9. THey may sell a batch of 90 with no winners. Then sell 90 all winners. | |
