cops

i think the cops are gettin to not like me lol. i got pulled over twice in less than a week. today i got pulled over for my muffler. i gotta take it off or drive while pushin the gas as little as possible. two cops came just for this . they keep givin me warnings but just say next time.....it wont be just a warning. what kinda fine can they give me for a loud exhaust?

disturbance of the peace....operating an un-roadworthy vehicle (new emission laws)....either way, i'd be hunting down a replacement exhaust asap, when is your MVI due?? Oh....don't forget....now you're "marked"

But if it passes inspection the way it is, kick them in the dick (dont really, i dont think they'd like it too much) and show them the inspection sticker. But yeh, i'd find a nice new exhaust

Thats what i said , I was like the law says that As long as your car and a stock muffler before your Aftermarket one your lagit.

And I don't really like how they said " You guys you and VW's crew" When theres sunflowers burning about with dual exhuast fart can's 3x as loud as Isaac's or Mine. Hell Isaac's Is the most quite one of the bounch.

"tuners" automatically get marked also do you know the cops names because
i know a few also im currently looking for a replacment as mine is getting
louder everyday

yeah i know im marked....i was when me and j-haley got pulled over. the cop said our cars where already marked then. and i had that exhaust on when i got it inspected. i have two mufflers. mvi dont run out till october.

what am i going to do about new emission laws? will my car be grandfatherd in because of the year?

i honestly think it's a excuse because the "tuner" scene has race going along with it!!! i mean why don't they go and pull over every harley that drives by? probably too scared they'll get shot, maybe we should get some guns and leather and grow our hair long and intimidate them

th reason they arent throwing out the fines is because they have to prove that it is too loud not that it sounds too loud i mean there are alot of stereos louder than ur exxaust so they are just trying to get u to take it off now if u cant pas emisions then yes it would have to come off but if u pass emisions the next thing thry have to do is prove what is TOO LOUD they are not allowed to say thats too loud because all you say is well what is too loud. its nbot written anywhere that an exaust needs to be below say 120dbs just as an example. when my grandfather was pulled over in a routine check they had sorry a dub pulled over because he had a fart can but really if the exaust is all there tehn they cant touch you the officers were trying to find sumthing they could charge him with but they couldnt

My truck is loud as fuck,I don't have an issue.. the problem isn't volume..it's tone,thats why VW's get pulled..unless they have a decent exhaust they're all raspy and annoying. and cops will be cops..they can pretty much find a way to do whatever they want. the young power happy ones like fuckin with ppl just so they feel big and important.thats just the way it is..baffle or deal with it

I'm extremely surprised that i havn't been pulled over yet, driving my Sunfire around with the loud ass exaust, conciderably louder for a while cause my tranny is fucked so i was always burning around i 2nd gear... getting fixed within a week or so
